IOTTIVE was hired by SomBank, a banking institution, to design the user interface for their mobile application. The company was selected due to its high ratings and good value for cost. A team of 2-5 employees from IOTTIVE was assigned to this project. The scope of work involved extensive research and analysis to understand the target audience's needs and preferences, competitive analysis, and current design trends in mobile wallets and financial apps. A design strategy was developed, user personas were created, and the information architecture for the app was defined to ensure intuitive navigation. High-fidelity mock-ups for all key screens of the app were designed, along with a consistent visual language. Interactive prototypes were developed to demonstrate the flow and interaction of the app. The user experience was mapped out to visualize the complete user flow, and wireframes were designed for each screen. Usability testing was conducted to refine the design based on user feedback. The team also worked on branding and graphics, designing a unique app icon that reflects the T-Plus brand identity, creating custom illustrations for onboarding screens, and ensuring branding consistency across all design elements.
