Iotasol was hired by Carers Couch, a virtual support provider, to develop an app that helps carers in their support of loved ones diagnosed with cancer. The app allows carers to connect with other carers and professionals within the community, as well as monitor and track the progress of their patients. After a series of discovery meetings, wireframe development, and numerous workshops, the Carers Couch app was successfully launched on Google and App stores. The collaboration was marked by great teamwork and cooperation, with a team from Iotasol that included a Project Manager, Business Analyst, UX/UI Designer, and two Full Stack Developers.
MyCISO, a SaaS provider, hired Iotasol to build a complicated multi-year project and act as the technical solution architects. The project required a partner relationship rather than a simple vendor one, and Iotasol was chosen for their strategic input and production work. The MyCISO platform is a custom SaaS product, dealing with multiple user levels and integrating with Salesforce and Chargebee. It also has email and SMS capabilities on top of a hardened security infrastructure. Up to 10 team members from Iotasol worked on the project, covering a spectrum of technical roles from architecture and strategic input through project management, development, and testing.
Strytex, a company providing governance, risk, and compliance administration managed services, hired Iotasol for ongoing software development and bug fixing on their existing platform. Iotasol was chosen through a tender process for their effective migration path for the source code, their process for handling ongoing software and database development, and their ability to manage the Azure environment. The project was about establishing a long-term technology partnership rather than a one-off project. Iotasol provided active support and recommended changes to improve efficiencies and reduce subscription expenses.
