Iotasol

Iotasol was hired by MyCISO, a SaaS provider, to build a comprehensive multi-year project and act as technical solution architects. The MyCISO platform, a custom SaaS product, integrates multiple user levels, Salesforce, Chargebee, email, and SMS capabilities on a hardened security infrastructure. Iotasol provided up to ten team members, covering a broad range of technical roles, including architecture, strategic input, project management, development, and testing. The client was impressed with the engagement from Iotasol's leadership team, which provided strategic input in addition to production work.

Carers Couch, a virtual support provider, engaged Iotasol to develop an app to assist carers in caring for their loved ones diagnosed with cancer. The app allows carers to create a support crew, connect with other carers in the community, seek professional help, monitor and track patient progress, and share information with their support crew. Iotasol's team, including a Project Manager, Business Analyst, UX/UI Designer, and two Full Stack Developers, worked closely with the client through discovery meetings, wireframe development, UX/UI design, development sprints, UAT, and beta testing. The Carers Couch App was successfully launched on Google and App stores.

Strytex, a governance, risk, and compliance administration managed service, selected Iotasol to take over the ongoing software development and bug fixing of their existing compliance administration platform on Azure. Iotasol presented the best migration path for the source code, the best process for handling all ongoing software and database development, and provided the highest level of comfort that all would be smooth sailing. Iotasol also manages Strytex's complete Azure environment and provides active support by recommending changes to improve efficiencies and reduce subscription expenses. The client appreciated Iotasol's approach as true business partners, not just software developers.
