Inviqa was hired by a multinational consumer goods company to develop a unified digital platform for all their brands across different markets and regions. The company operates under five business categories: beauty, personal care, food and nutrition, home care, and electricals, predominantly in Southeast Asia and Africa. Inviqa used three core platforms: Magento, WordPress, and Drupal, to implement each regional website. They were responsible for the entire process from inception to delivery and ongoing support. The company appreciated Inviqa's strategic approach of building a feature once and using it multiple times, which they referred to as productization. This approach allowed them to create common functional features that were deployed to multiple environments and stylized using different aesthetic elements to reflect specific brands. Inviqa played a crucial role in the company's global rollout, delivering a central blueprint that was adapted to each individual market. They have so far supported the delivery of around 50 websites for 10 to 12 brands, both global and local. The company has been working with Inviqa for three years and continues to rely on them for their technical expertise and product delivery.
