InVerita collaborated with a fertility specialty pharmacy to develop a custom healthcare fertility software. The patient-centered software connects fertility specialists, nurses, the pharmacy, and patients on one platform to create a cohesive treatment plan. The software, which is currently in the beta stage, includes multiple portals for different users, a mobile app for learning, a logistics application for scheduling and tracking shipments, and a clinical module for tracking patient well-being. inVerita also handled all the design work, creating wireframes in Figma. The project team comprised at least 12 professionals, including a project manager, a business analyst, a designer, a lead developer, and a project lead. The client invested around $200,000 in the project.

InVerita was engaged by a SaaS company to develop a B2B logistics platform. The company CEO, with over 25 years of software development and project management experience, selected inVerita for their track record in developing complex software platforms. The project scope included a comprehensive Discovery phase, full business analysis, UX/UI design, and platform architecture. Key deliverables included high-definition Figma wireframes, a full UI-Kit, a 70-page Requirement Specification document, and a budget and plan for the platform's implementation. A team of five from inVerita, including a project coordinator, a business analyst, a UX/UI senior designer, another designer, and a senior/lead developer-architect, worked on this project.

InVerita developed a patient management system for a dental clinic to efficiently manage a large amount of patient data and communication with various healthcare specialists. The vendor was selected based on recommendations from friends. The project started with roadmaps and visual communication, followed by the presentation of the first technical solutions. All tasks were completed in a demo environment before being transferred to a test environment. The project team size varied from three to eight, depending on the client's speed requirements.
