Inventive Works

Inventive Works partnered with SchoolSAFE Communications, a safety technology company, to address issues with a failing Node-based app. The company had been abandoned by a previous development partner and required assistance in identifying and rectifying the app's problems. Inventive Works rebuilt the app and has since been providing ongoing custom software solutions. The partnership, which involves two engineers, a developer, and a sales associate, commenced in September 2021, with an investment of around $25,000.

Inventive Works was hired by a reinsurance company to reskin their functional "Portals". The company's IT/Development department was preoccupied with other projects, so Inventive Works was tasked with upgrading the design to make it more current and appealing. The project involved developers, QA personnel, and a project manager from Inventive Works. The technologies used all run in Azure, demonstrating Inventive Works' proficiency in a variety of platforms.

A manufacturing company engaged Inventive Works to create a custom selection software capable of combining multiple manufacturers' products into a single space. The project involved 6-10 employees from Inventive Works and included key deliverables such as evaluating conditions via complicated and iterative calculations, creating a UI for uploading JSON files, and exporting selected products in Word and PDF formats. The project also involved the creation and export of custom 2D CAD files, reflecting Inventive Works' versatility and capability in software and UI/UX design.
