The company was faced with a dramatic increase in demand due to the pandemic and needed to reshape customer journeys to support this. Intuitech provided remote, high-quality developers at lower rates. They worked on the transformation of the Argos basket webpage, making it more user-friendly and introducing cutting-edge technologies. They also implemented a new checkout API for online payments, replacing the old monolithic technology with a microservices architecture. The project started in June 2020 and was delivered in October 2020, with trials kicked off with customers. The system is in production and working properly. The collaboration on the Argos checkout part ended in early November 2020, but Intuitech still has consultants working on the Argos basket. The cost of their work was approximately $106,346 USD.
