Intivix

Intivix formed a long-term partnership with United Way Bay Area to carry out a series of IT projects. These included the migration from Novell Netware to Microsoft Network, upgrading to Microsoft 365, and the implementation of a single sign-on and multi-factor identity authentication application. Intivix also acted as the network service provider, maintaining the network, providing strategic advice on infrastructure changes, and carrying out hardware upkeep and server consolidation. The collaboration has been ongoing since 2003 and United Way Bay Area reports a strong and beneficial relationship with Intivix.

For Haynes Beffel & Wolfeld, a boutique intellectual property firm, Intivix were brought in to manage a system migration and identify opportunities for improved internet security compliance. They upgraded servers, implemented multiple backups, and enhanced email security. They also upgraded all operating systems and Microsoft suite software. From the third quarter onwards, they have plans to transition the firm to cloud-based applications for all billing and docketing. The company reports a seamless migration and commends Intivix for their proactive communication and ability to stick to their quotes.

The biological consulting company hired Intivix to review their existing IT setup and provide solutions to update and maintain their infrastructure. The CIO was the initial point of contact and various IT specialists from Intivix have since contributed to the project. The company chose Intivix based on their experience and professionalism, and they continue to maintain their systems.
