Internut Sdn. Bhd. was hired by Agilent Technologies to develop a mobile app for an AI Reservation Management Solution. The aim was to improve customer service experience and reduce the workload of the call center. Internut was chosen after interviewing eight mobile app companies, due to their past experience and proven abilities. The project included the development of an AI engine to handle bookings, a challenging task given the different dialects in Malaysia. The completed AI engine was highly effective and exceeded expectations. The project team consisted of five members including developers, designers, and an account manager.
Internut Sdn. Bhd. was also contracted by Malaysia's leading lifestyle brand to modernize their data infrastructure and mobile app platform for busy executives. The goal was to build a data infrastructure from scratch for analytics purposes and warehouse management. Internut was selected after interviewing several companies, as they were the only qualified developer that could meet the demands due to their team’s expertise. The project involved creating a data warehouse, a modern inventory system, and a front-facing CRM for the mobile apps. The project team comprised of five members including a data engineer, AWS engineer, designer, project manager, and app developer. The result was a successfully implemented data infrastructure and mobile app platform.
