The goal was to enhance customer service experience and lessen the burden on the call center. After interviewing numerous vendors, Agilent chose Internut based on their previous experience and faith in their skills. The project involved building an AI engine that could handle bookings, a task complicated by the variety of dialects in Malaysia. The Internut team comprised five members: developers, designers, and an account manager. The finished AI engine exceeded Agilent's expectations.
