The project aimed to streamline appointment scheduling, telehealth visits, access to medical records, and real-time communication between patients and providers. Key deliverables included a redesigned patient dashboard, a streamlined telehealth setup process, accessibility-focused UI components, in-app prompts and tooltips for guiding new users, and a mobile marketing strategy. The redesigned application was well-received by both staff and patients, and the marketing strategy successfully increased the app's adoption rate among existing patients and new users.
