International Integrated Solutions, Ltd (IIS) partnered with M&C Associates to update the latter's IVR (interactive voice response) with the latest technology. The project began in February 2019 and involved shifting from physical to virtual servers for call center solutions. IIS not only installed the system but also provided ongoing support. They also helped design and build materials, provided education on HPE SimpliVity, and assisted with pricing and ordering equipment. The project was completed in March 2020, with installations on two sites. The client has invested around $500,000 so far and the support from IIS continues.
In a separate project, IIS worked with XSUNT Corp., a data reporting company, to upgrade and migrate their HP servers. The project started in December 2019 and ended in March 2020, with an investment of $150,000. The scope of the project was to upgrade all HP servers and migrate the system to a new HP SimpliVity system. The system was moved from a regular fan storage network setup to be hyperconverged with the SimpliVity system. The client worked with two technical people and three project management personnel from IIS.
Perfumania Holdings, Inc. engaged IIS to transition its hardware and ensure the solution could handle their workload. The collaboration began in 2017, with IIS helping to design and implement an enterprise-class wireless network system for Perfumania's warehouse. They also brought in two, three-node clusters to create a new VMware environment and transition the existing environments from old hardware to new hardware. The investment for this project ranged between $250,000 and $500,000.
