InterKnowlogy was engaged by a medical diagnostics company to rewrite their analytics platform and to provide IoT services. The firm, which produces testing materials for diseases such as the flu, COVID-19, and strep, had an older analytics platform that needed to be updated for better performance and scalability. InterKnowlogy successfully rewrote the platform, enhancing its capabilities and making it compatible with the cloud. Additionally, they helped transform the client's instruments into IoT devices, managing these devices and modifying their properties. The team, which ranged from 3 to 8 people based on the project's needs, was also involved in the spec building process. The project, which began in January 2016, has seen the client invest close to $5 million and is still ongoing.
