Interfaz

Interfaz successfully completed a UX design project for a life insurance services company. The company's IT manager sought the expertise of Interfaz to improve the user experience of their virtual branch office platform. A team of five from Interfaz, including the CEO, project managers, and UX experts, used Miro, Figma, and design thinking templates to map the needs of the company and its clients. The project, which began in January 2022, was completed by mid-August 2022, with an investment of around $22,000.

For the non-profit organization, Fundación Curridabat, Interfaz executed a brand lift and website design project. The company was referred to Interfaz, who then assigned a team of 2-5 employees to work on the project. Interfaz first conducted a diagnosis of the organization's corporate image before undertaking a brand lift. They also guided the organization on how to effectively use their networks and design to attract more users. Furthermore, Interfaz designed a new website for the organization and trained the team on how to update it in the future.

BAC, a financial services company, engaged Interfaz to strategize and redesign their Branch Queuing System at a regional level. The goal was to create a new usability experience and a renewed, standardized visual image for the different customer segments they serve. Interfaz, chosen for their high ratings, budget-friendly pricing, and alignment with BAC's company values, provided a range of services. These included an analysis of the current channel, field research to identify needs and pain points, the creation of a queuing system structure, construction of wireframes for usability validation, look and feel design, and the construction of Design Systems for project implementation.
