Interfaz

Interfaz successfully completed a UX design project for a life insurance services company. The project involved the design of a virtual branch office platform. The Interfaz team, comprised of five members including a CEO, project managers, and UX experts, effectively mapped out the needs of the company and its clients. They utilized technologies such as Miro, Figma, and design thinking templates for the project. The engagement, which started in January 2022 and concluded in mid-August of the same year, cost the insurance company around $22,000.

In another project, Interfaz undertook a brand redesign for an environmental services company. The company wanted to update its logo to better align with its digital presence. Interfaz's involvement included branding and social media content development. The team of four, which included a marketing manager, two designers, and a brand creative, began their work in April 2021. The project cost the company around $800, with a monthly investment of $60 for social media content. The collaboration is still ongoing.

Interfaz was also hired by an education nonprofit organization, Fundación Curridabat, for a branding and web design project. The Interfaz team of 2-5 members first conducted a diagnosis of the organization's corporate image before undertaking a brand lift. They also provided guidance on the effective use of social networks and design to attract more users. Additionally, they designed a new website for the organization and trained the staff on how to update it in the future. The project was successful, and the organization was satisfied with the deliverables provided by Interfaz.
