Intelligenes Inc.

Intelligenes Inc. provided consultancy services to an EdTech startup in Pakistan. As an emerging company with over 14k students, the startup was looking to establish its technology department and enlisted the help of Intelligenes' CTO. The CTO validated the startup's technology roadmap, advised on the hiring plan, and suggested an agile coach for the team. Following Intelligenes' advice, the startup also enrolled in the Microsoft for Startup Founders Hub. The project resulted in a robust software architecture and an effective technology roadmap, greatly benefiting the startup.

The company also partnered with SABAQ, an EdTech initiative, to develop mobile apps for both Android and iOS platforms. Intelligenes' team of seven, including the CTO, a Scrum Master, an Account Manager, software developers, and Quality Assurance members, worked closely with SABAQ to review and modify the existing codebase, build new features, and address recurring bugs. The project was completed within the defined budget and timeline, with deliverables released for User Acceptance Testing every two weeks. The successful launch of the mobile apps significantly improved learning outcomes for SABAQ's students.

In another project, Intelligenes Inc. worked with a construction company to develop a custom software solution using the Microsoft Power Platform. The construction company found Intelligenes on Upwork and selected them based on their proposal and portfolio. The Intelligenes team, including a Scrum Master, project lead, developer, and sales team, followed a meticulous project management methodology. The result was a well-executed, comprehensive solution that met the construction company's challenging app request.
