Intelactsoft was hired by Inctrl, a tech recruitment company, to develop a unique app aimed at revolutionizing tech recruitment. The app, designed to create transparency between consultants' preferences and companies' needs for talent, was divided into two parts: one for employees and another for companies. The employee section allowed users to select available programs, desired income, etc. The company section facilitated the search for employees for various projects over a certain period of time. Inctrl selected Intelactsoft for the project due to their high ratings, good value for cost, and a referral. The project was successfully completed by a team of 10-50 individuals from Intelactsoft.

Marsh Romania, a member of the Marsh & McLennan group of companies and a global leader in insurance broking and risk management, engaged Intelactsoft to develop a user-friendly digital platform. The platform was designed to allow customers to generate real-time motor vehicle insurance quotations, compare different insurance options, and purchase insurance policies directly with easy-to-use online payment options. Intelactsoft also provided analytics and reporting tools for Marsh to track the platform's performance and usage. The project was successfully completed by a team of 50-100 individuals. Intelactsoft was chosen for the project based on a referral. The platform developed by Intelactsoft has greatly improved the efficiency and ease of purchasing car insurance for Marsh's customers.
