Integris

Integris was contracted by Spirit Mountain Recreation Area to provide IT support and consultancy, due to the organization's lack of internal IT support. Since August 2021, Integris has helped the resort purchase and install IT equipment, including a server and laptops, as well as rewiring their chalet. Additionally, Integris has been instrumental in helping the resort evaluate various vendors for a POS system. The engagement is ongoing, with a dedicated point person from Integris handling the resort's issues, along with support from the VP of sales and about 4-5 team members.

In another project, Integris delivered comprehensive IT services to an economic development consulting firm. The firm sought out Integris in January 2020 after their previous IT consultants failed to establish a framework that met industry security standards. Integris now handles all the firm's IT needs, including system monitoring, ongoing IT maintenance, software management and hosting, and hardware purchases. They also ensure backend systems are secure, provide training on tackling malware and spam, and ensure industry standards compliance. The team has set up a cloud-based system and a remote work system, and they also visit the firm's offices for ad-hoc issues.

For a sporting goods manufacturer, Integris provided network security services. The engagement began in 2008 due to the changing landscape that required additional network security resources. Integris has worked closely with the company's team to push projects forward and upgrade their security. They have vetted and integrated new products, helped implement Ruckus Networks and Cato Networks, and have been instrumental in network changes as the company has grown. The partnership is ongoing, with Integris' co-founders and a client success manager working closely with the company.
