Integrated Digital Strategies

Integrated Digital Strategies undertook a digital marketing and SEO project for a home care services provider with around 180 to 190 franchises across the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. The client aimed to maintain branding consistency and enhance local marketing as they expanded from 50 to 200 offices in five years. Integrated Digital Strategies managed the SEO for the national website, assisted with national content and social media, and provided services to about half of the client's franchisees for their local sites. They created unique content, managed social media posts and business listings, and performed keyword optimization, offsite and onsite links, campaigns, and analytics. The client appreciated that Integrated Digital Strategies was willing to work directly with franchisees while maintaining the corporate message and billing franchisees directly. The collaboration, which began two years ago, is ongoing, with the client continually increasing Integrated Digital Strategies' responsibilities and integrating services.
