INTechHouse was hired by Ateris SA, a company specializing in corporate architecture, to streamline healthcare processes and enhance system efficiency using TOGAF methodology. The team developed a high-level IT architecture and ensured collaborative and effective project execution for the NHS's strategic planning and operational needs. The project was successful, with INTechHouse delivering a strategic planning document, a detailed design document, a comprehensive testing strategy, collaborative project reports, a technology usage guide, an implementation report, and a roadmap for future architectural development.

OpusCapita Solutions Sp. z o.o., a company that provides cloud-based e-invoicing, O2C, P2P messaging, and advanced procurement services, engaged INTechHouse to ensure knowledge and competency transfer, facilitate smooth business operations, and enhance business processes. INTechHouse was able to establish a team skilled in DevOps and Quality Assurance Engineering, perform ongoing software maintenance, conduct tests and address issues in procurement, and implement updates in software to align with legal changes in the industry. The project was successfully completed, meeting the objectives set out by OpusCapita.

Design Town, an e-commerce platform focused on modern interior design, hired INTechHouse to develop a working prototype and ensure seamless integration with mobile apps. INTechHouse worked closely with the Design Town team to translate a high-level product vision into detailed hardware and firmware requirements. They designed a custom PCB, built the embedded code to handle input from sensors, controlled LED dimming and behavior, and maintained Bluetooth communication with a mobile app. They assembled a fully working prototype, conducted initial QA, and supported the Design Town team in internal user testing with a few clients. The project was a success, with the prototype ready for small-scale production and customer testing.
