Insquad

Insquad was hired by a laundry automation company to augment their staff with a backend developer. In another project, Insquad was hired by Dashly, a conversational platform for businesses, to provide backend development. The company needed an additional backend developer with expertise in Python and Javascript to build integrations with different services. Insquad set up their platform and selected two developers with relevant experience. The recruitment process was slightly delayed, but the company was satisfied with the final outcome.

Insquad was also hired by an AI-based mental health platform for full-stack development. The company had too many tasks for their lone full-stack developer, so they decided to separate front-end and back-end tasks. Insquad provided a pool of developers from which the company chose two for further communication. After studying their profiles, skills, and test results, the company conducted interviews and chose a developer from Brazil. Insquad handled all legal and accounting questions, making the onboarding process smooth and efficient.
