Inspired was hired by Eye Craft Optometry, co-owned by Sean Brassil, to provide comprehensive IT support services. This included the installation and setup of all computers and equipment in the office, as well as the provision of ongoing IT support. The project began from scratch, requiring the running of wires, installation of necessary hardware, switches, routers, laptops, desktops and telephone systems. The project was completed by two team members from Inspired and was initiated in August 2018, finishing in December 2018. Inspired now offers constant support through a dedicated client service associate. The engagement was undertaken following a recommendation from a colleague of Brassil's and has since continued on an ongoing basis.
