InSky Solutions d.o.o. was commissioned by WEB Marketing d.o.o., a web programming and solutions firm, to automate and digitize their business processes through the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The goal was to boost efficiency, productivity, and to become more proactive in their business approach. The project involved a team of 2-5 employees from InSky Solutions who successfully transitioned the company from traditional ways of doing business to a more streamlined and digital approach.

The company also worked with Women in Adria, an association dedicated to empowering women in business, to implement a CRM system. The purpose of the project was to digitize the association's business, create a unique database for easier management of relations with members, and automate business and marketing processes. The project, which was handled by 2-5 employees from InSky Solutions, included consulting for the management of membership processes, partners and sponsors, registration processes for events, and integration with several marketing and payment systems.

InSky Solutions was also hired by Vaillant, a heating installation company, to optimize their business processes through the implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM. The project also included the introduction of a loyalty program and the automation of marketing processes through ClickDimensions. The InSky Solutions team, consisting of a project manager, a web developer, and a CRM technical consultant, provided consulting for and implemented Dynamics 365, customized the LoyaltyInSky system, adapted the data model and processes in Dynamics 365 for the loyalty program, and created and designed portals for customers.
