Insitu S2 Tikshuv LTD was hired by Ericsson to be the prime integrator for IT hardware installation, integration, and support for a Smart Metering project in Israel Electricity Company. The complex IT environment required networking, virtualization, integration, and troubleshooting. The project also involved meter deployment, product integration, software development, and operational support. All these were aimed at enabling a Smart Metering project based on IEC requirements. The project team was composed of about 20 people in several countries. S2 Tikshuv was brought in to recover from several project delays and they successfully completed the project.

The company was also engaged by a telecommunications platform company to provide IT customer support and help create a monitoring system. S2 Tikshuv's services included 24/7 system support, system expansions, infrastructure and new installations. They were also responsible for live platform monitoring, customer support, and expansion of the system. The engagement, which ran from January 2017 to July 2019, cost approximately $200,000 and was successfully completed with the creation of KPIs based on the monitoring system.

In another project, S2 Tikshuv was contracted by a telecommunications company to assist with a large project that involved the relocation of a data center. During the relocation, all the infrastructure of the software was upgraded to virtual machines and moved into a new monitoring system with a new connection and integration with new storage capabilities. Afterwards, a physical relocation of the hardware to another data center was done. The entire project, which ran from 2018 to 2019, cost between $300,000–$400,000 and was successfully completed with the installation of the VMware and the operating system in Linux Windows.
