Innovatica was hired by Metro-Tech Erectors Corp., a prominent market leader in the commercial and industrial window installation sector, to enhance their online presence through a complete brand identity. This included logo design, brand visuals, and website development. The project was later extended to include the development of a customer engagement platform. Innovatica, having previously worked with Metro-Tech and delivering satisfactory results, was chosen for their professionalism. They started the project by researching the company's values, goals, and competitors to recommend a brand identity direction. The team then designed a new logo and a modern serverless and static website. The website has been launched and work on the customer engagement platform has begun. The platform will allow the sharing of important files, documents, and drawings with clients and business partners, manage approvals, and submit and manage proposals. The Innovatica team comprised a UX/UI graphic designer, a frontend developer, a backend developer, and a project manager.
