INNOVANT

INNOVANT was hired by Source Main LLC, a custom application development company, to improve quality assurance, speed up software delivery, and identify usability issues. They were tasked with implementing the company's first rigorous QA process, defining their Jira processes, and performing QA testing. The INNOVANT team of 2-5 employees was chosen for their high ratings, company values alignment and personal referral. The implementation of the QA process and Jira management significantly sped up the software delivery and improved the overall usability of the applications.

For the software company ISTRAM, INNOVANT was hired to provide advice on the architecture and frontend of a new application. The INNOVANT team conducted a thorough analysis of the application architecture, design pattern, programming interface, and other items. They then made a series of recommendations to make the application better and more scalable. In addition to this, INNOVANT also provided support for the user interface, assisting in applications such as Figma and Telerik, and participating in UX and UI design. The INNOVANT team's involvement resulted in a much improved and scalable application.

BlueGistics, a technology and consulting company, hired INNOVANT for their technical expertise, shared values, and flexibility. The scope of INNOVANT’s work consisted of performing data mappings, building data pipelines sourcing information from SFTP folders and/or blob storage, incorporating business logic and conditions within the pipelines, and conducting pipeline debugging and troubleshooting. They also leveraged knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate for an integration project. The main deliverables were the design of three pipelines. The project was successful, with INNOVANT's team delivering high-quality work that fit within BlueGistics' budget.
