INNEN was hired by Adecco Argentina, a staffing agency, to modernize and optimize their recruitment process. The project involved implementing a robust Applicant Tracking System (ATS) tailored to the company's operational needs, centralizing data to improve candidate and job requisition management, and ensuring system interoperability with existing platforms. INNEN also aimed to enhance transparency and traceability in recruitment processes and to strengthen the employer brand. The key deliverables included optimization of the job order flow, creation of customized reporting dashboards, real-time candidate database management, and ATS adaptation for various recruitment teams. The project was successful and the client was satisfied with INNEN's flexible and collaborative approach.

In another project, INNEN worked with Claim, a company that conducts safety and efficacy tests for the cosmetic industry. The objective was to create a Panelist Portal to optimize the needs and improve the daily activities of CLAIM staff. As a Contract Research Organization, Claim required a large database of skin characteristics of their panelists to match with the needs of their clients' products. INNEN developed an app that served as a database and search engine to register and keep up-to-date the clinical history of panelists, thereby improving and minimizing errors in recruitment for studies. The app was made accessible to two areas of the staff. The client was pleased with the value for cost and the alignment of INNEN's company values.
