Inktrap

Inktrap was engaged by a trade organization to develop an IT solution that would enhance process efficiency for their committees. The team at Inktrap, led by co-founders Chris and James, project manager Grace, and developer George, researched the organization's processes and built a platform compatible with Outlook. This platform separated committee emails from their work inbox, streamlining communication and enabling committee members to stay updated on initiatives without having to sift through unrelated emails. The partnership with Inktrap began in March 2021 and is still ongoing.

Inktrap was hired by Tacit Legal LLP, a commercial legal services provider, to design the MVP and simplify the UX around complex subject matter. Inktrap was chosen due to their great culture fit and legal specialism. The team of 2-5 employees from Inktrap developed a design system for a legal SaaS application and designed the key features necessary for the delivery of an MVP. The project was deemed successful, with Inktrap being recognized for their culture fit and legal specialism.

Following the launch of the MVP, Inktrap continued to iterate the platform based on user feedback and strategic direction.
