INKA Creative Agency was hired by a specialist government unit in Malaysia to design and maintain their website, develop a specialist portal, and provide IT advisory services. The CEO of the unit expressed satisfaction with INKA's speed and efficiency, as they were able to catch up and get ahead of schedule after their previous vendor left them eight months behind. The CEO-Principal of INKA was involved throughout the project, maintaining a full understanding of their work and requirements.

For the philanthropic arm of Sime Darby Berhad, INKA Creative Agency produced a special edition of their 2020 annual report to highlight the impact of the organization's decade-long endeavors. INKA was selected due to their creative proposal and was tasked with developing each page of the report, conducting proofreading, and creating a digital version of the report for a microsite. The agency also completed the print production of the report and delivered 100 copies. The client's PR team worked closely with INKA's account executive, design team, account manager, and creative director.

EMSB, a property development company, hired INKA Creative Agency to create a brand, name, and concept for a 4-star hotel they were developing. The goal was to create a distinctive brand for a business hotel catering to both local and international business travelers. INKA's scope of work included branding, concept development, designing hotel amenities, creating marketing materials, social media content, website development, videography, and photography. The client worked closely with three members of the INKA team and expressed satisfaction with their work.
