INK Solutions

INK Solutions was hired by a Canadian self-storage company to help develop an online solution for marketing and selling storage units. The project also included the provision of customer pick-up and delivery services. INK Solutions was involved from the start of the project, assisting in the architecture, development, and site-management of the products and services. The goal was to design a solution that would improve customer experience and increase online sales. The team, consisting of an enterprise architect, senior developer, business analyst, and later a front-end developer, built a multi-tiered web-based application using Java and React JS. The project was managed using JIRA and Confluence, with weekly deliveries of development.

In another project, Quickget, a 10-minute delivery service for daily essential products and groceries, hired INK Solutions to manage and improve their tech infrastructure. The project involved the management of three platforms - consumer-facing, driver-facing, and warehouse-facing. The goal was to manage the infrastructure and migrate it to terraform. The founder of INK Solutions was the sole individual from the company working on this project.

INK Solutions was also contracted by a manufacturing company for a custom software development project. The project involved Java bespoke development, migration from legacy systems, and setting up tests via Jenkins. The company chose INK Solutions due to their high ratings, affordable pricing, great culture fit, and aligned company values. The scope of work involved the migration of a legacy locker booking site with a complex backend to Java spring boot MVC using flyway and PostgreSQL. This project was handled by one employee from INK Solutions.
