INHAUS was engaged by Allianz, an insurance company, to provide HR consulting and recruiting services. The company's primary objectives were recruitment, coaching, and talent development. INHAUS was chosen for this project due to its alignment with Allianz's company values. One team member from INHAUS was assigned to the project. The scope of work included recruitment support and coaching for new leaders. INHAUS was responsible for defining job profiles, shortlisting candidates, conducting initial interviews, and providing ongoing feedback throughout the selection process. Additionally, they offered one-on-one coaching sessions to new leaders to help them develop their leadership skills. Key deliverables included lists of candidates by position, interview and assessment reports, follow-up reports, and personalized coaching plans. The collaboration with INHAUS allowed Allianz to streamline its talent search processes and provide timely support to its leaders.
