Ingenious

Ingenious worked with PAES Scan, an educational curriculum company that caters to students with special needs, to rescue an existing mobile app development project. The team of 2-5 Ingenious employees successfully navigated the challenge of merging branches and organizing the project, allowing for the timely launch of both the mobile and web applications. The choice to engage Ingenious was based on their good value for cost, a personal referral, and alignment of company values.

The company also worked with 180 MSK, a healthcare solutions firm, to develop a mobile application designed to assist patients transitioning between virtual environments for physical therapy and orthopedic clinics. Ingenious was responsible for conducting a gap analysis to understand the business model and the company's needs. They then undertook the development of the app, adding features such as recording injury recovery protocols and tracking results. The team of 9-12 developers also assisted with graphic design and marketing to ensure a consistent brand presence across all social media platforms and marketing campaigns. The partnership began in July 2021 and the team continues to provide support and maintenance in a post-launch environment.

Ingenious was also engaged by a fintech solution company to develop their app. The CEO provided Ingenious with transactional flows and user personas, guiding them through the wireframes. Ingenious then developed the UI/UX prototype using Figma and is currently developing the app. The CEO decided to work with Ingenious based on a good recommendation from a previous employee who had worked with them. The partnership began in August 2020 and is ongoing.
