IngDev was hired by a telecommunications company to provide software development and asset management services. The client, who generally refrains from making recommendations, was impressed by IngDev's comprehensive understanding of their requirements. The project entailed creating a functional specification document, a task for which other vendors had quoted between £3-5k. IngDev, however, offered to complete this task at no extra cost, provided the client's team was available to assist. The project saw a few changes and minor issues from the client's side, but IngDev's project manager presented simple solutions to every problem. Despite these changes, IngDev managed to complete the project slightly under budget and in time for the launch of the client's new sister platform. The team's handling of third-party issues was particularly appreciated by the client, who found their work "nothing less than outstanding."
