Highlights from Recent Projects
Ingage Partners engaged with GE Aerospace to provide IT staff augmentation and IT strategy consulting services. The company was in need of a resource partner, and Ingage Partners filled this need by providing developers, Scrum Masters, software testers, and automation engineers for GE's internal projects. Ingage Partners also initiated an apprenticeship program to bring in new entrants into the IT career field. Over the years, GE has worked with over 30 different resources from Ingage Partners. Despite experiencing a drop in resources during the COVID-19 pandemic, the partnership has been ongoing since February 2019, with Ingage Partners continuing to offer valuable support to GE Aerospace.
Ingage Partners was contracted by a multi-site megachurch to provide custom development, QA analysis, and automation services. The team built the church's finance system from scratch, integrated their product with their business ledger product, and provided ongoing development using Java and C++. They also provided two automation testers and one manual tester, along with product managers to lead various projects. The team from Ingage Partners consisted of seven people, including two product managers, three QA testers, one developer, and an operations manager. The project, which began in March 2023, is still ongoing, demonstrating the church's satisfaction with the services provided by Ingage Partners.
