Infraserve

Infraserve was hired by TV2- Kanal D, a creative video production company, with the main aim of improving its existing IT infrastructure. The company's goals were to enhance network, server, backup, and security operations, thereby reducing operational IT risks, improving the monitoring and backup management, and providing continuous managed IT support. In order to let the company's internal team focus on critical business operations, Infraserve was entrusted with the task of handling technical issues.

Infraserve began by conducting a thorough review of the company's IT setup, helping to identify weaknesses in their infrastructure including server, network, backup, and security aspects. They proceeded to optimize system management processes, making the entire operation more stable and straightforward. Key deliverables from this project included infrastructure review, network and server support, backup process enhancements, regular maintenance, and daily technical support. They also helped with documentation offering clear guidance whenever there were queries or issues.
