InfraPros successfully completed a Cloud Transformation & Re-platforming for a leading Global HR Company. With the directive from the company's Director of Engineering and Research, InfraPros was hired to modernize the company's disparate systems using a cloud-first approach. The project was built on microservices architecture with AWS as the primary cloud vendor, later diversifying with Microsoft Azure. Eight globally dispersed scrum teams were used, each team self-sufficient and adopting DevOps and Agile culture. The result was a robust and flexible system that served the company's current and future needs. InfraPros was chosen for this project due to their deep experience and talented pool of professionals.

For another project, InfraPros was hired by a VP of Technology from an industry-leading global business services firm for Tech Integrations. The objective was to upgrade the company's aging infrastructure and slow-to-market services. The project aimed to build a micro-services architecture, adopt agile best practices, create a CI/CD pipeline, and leverage AWS cloud services. InfraPros stood out among several vendors due to their top-tier engineers and deep cloud experience. They provided a team of 3 architects and several principal engineers dispersed among the scrum teams.
