Information EXP

Information EXP engaged with a tech-based consulting company to implement a document management solution using the client's existing Microsoft environment. The solution, which was built on Microsoft SharePoint, was designed to manage healthcare organizations' document portfolios, including state policies, procedures, version control and approval processes, and digital inventories. The project, which took place from July 2021 to January 2022, cost approximately $44,000. The client found Information EXP through their YouTube channel and was impressed by their work with Microsoft.

In another project, Information EXP worked with Conversity, an intelligent guided sales platform, to build an intranet and improve document management. The team offered expert advice and guidance, reorganized all documents, and created a proper structure for each team to manage. They also trained department heads on how to manage the intranet through SharePoint. The engagement, which ran from October 2020 to January 2021, cost between $20,000 and $25,000. The client chose Information EXP for their understanding of SharePoint and their proposal that effectively addressed the company's needs.

Information EXP was also engaged by a power supply manufacturer to automate processes through SharePoint configuration. The team trained existing and new staff on how to use the new system and provided assistance for any technical difficulties. The client, who discovered Information EXP through a YouTube webinar, was impressed by their previous work and expertise in SharePoint configuration. The ongoing project, which began in June 2021, has so far cost approximately $40,000. The client works with a team of six from Information EXP, including a project manager, engineers, and a QA group.
