InfoMedia Systems Group successfully completed a project for Canada’s national housing agency, Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC). The project aimed to replace an old legacy system that managed document practices for the agency's communication shop. The project also involved transitioning from IBM Lotus Notes to a more robust document management system. InfoMedia Systems Group was responsible for the installation and consulting on the setup of the new system, as well as providing technical expertise for custom development. The result was a more efficient document management system that met the needs of the communication shop and senior executives. The project, completed in the winter of 2009, was a low six-figure initiative involving a core team of six people and about 20 others in various capacities.
