Infocus Business Technology

Infocus Business Technology was hired by Agesic, a government agency, to implement an advanced Business Intelligence system. The system was developed to incorporate indicators and data from different sources within the organization, enabling the adjustment of other information-generating systems and producing strategic information for timely decision making. The Infocus team consisted of a business analyst, a systems engineer, and a Pentaho tool development specialist. Agesic selected Infocus due to their proven efficiency and effectiveness in previous projects and their consultants' commitment to achieving the best results.

Infocus Business Technology worked with an investment fund to create a consolidated database for the company's information. The database was developed using Pentaho and was handled by two direct contacts from Infocus. The company chose to work with Infocus based on their proposed solution and their promise of close support and contact. The project began in 2019 with an initial investment of $5,000–$7,000 USD and continues with a monthly investment of $300–$1,000 USD.

Sodexo, an employee benefits and engagement platform, engaged Infocus Business Technology to create Business Intelligence Dashboards, ensure data quality, and handle data ingestion. The scope of work included requirement surveying, analysis, and specification; solution design and construction; testing and adjustments; project management; and technology transfer and end-user training. Infocus was chosen for this project due to their competitive pricing and a referral. The team assigned to this project consisted of 2-5 employees.
