InFinIT Partners

InFinIT Partners provided consultancy services to Fortech SRL, a software outsourcing service in Romania. The primary objective was to help the company expand and grow its business unit management team. The team at InFinIT developed a tailor-made program for Fortech and ran it for over a year. The program was successful in mapping out the key skills of each member of the business management team, which comprised 14 individuals. The engagement lasted from September 2018 to October 2019, and discussions are ongoing about continuing the successful program.

InFinIT Partners worked with BigBrother International, a security technology company, on a significant software development project. The team at InFinIT spearheaded the technical design and implementation of a mobile application for the company. The app was a cross-platform hybrid web app built with Angular and the Ionic framework for iOS and Android devices. The project was divided into phases and currently, the team is working on creating versions of the app for iPad and Android tablets. The engagement started in March 2020 and continues to the present, with discussions ongoing about initiating another project with InFinIT Partners.

NewU, a health, wellness, and fitness platform, partnered with InFinIT Partners to develop a unique health application. The project started as an idea and a rough design, but with the assistance of InFinIT, it was transformed into a web application. The team at InFinIT developed the framework, front-end, and back-end of the application and also set up the analytics. The team composition for this project included a front-end developer, a back-end developer, and a product owner. The management and software architect provided additional support as and when required.
