IndustriaLAX was hired by On-Truck, a virtual network connecting truckers and shippers, to create a reliable software solution that could connect brokers, managers, and drivers across different locations. The project involved creating an operational system for shippers, developing an interface for shipment companies, and another interface for drivers. The final step was to standardize and automate the communication process between shippers and drivers. Despite the challenge of standardizing a variety of processes, IndustriaLAX delivered exceptional results that exceeded expectations. The team consisted of 2-3 people, with Anthony being a constant presence, ensuring everything was under control.
