Indovance Inc was hired by Frost Steel & Sign Co, a custom metal shop based in Mississippi, for staff augmentation in a remote Senior Production Manager position. The decision to choose Indovance was based on their professionalism, reliability, and several years of experience in the outsourcing field. The project required a production engineer with a wide range of qualifications, including the ability to document current production procedures, identify and implement continuous improvements, maintain knowledge of current production best practices, and develop and implement production processes for new products. The engineer also needed to be able to minimize production costs, analyze and present production data, source new equipment and material suppliers, and support the company's quality system. Indovance provided two resources for this project, the vice president of communications and the head of the human resources department. The project was successful, with the production engineer meeting all the required qualifications and contributing significantly to the efficiency and productivity of the company's production department.
