Indicium was contracted by Unimed Vale do Sinos, a healthcare company, to modernize their data infrastructure. The project began with interviews with the IT manager and business analyst to identify needs, followed by the creation of a basic infrastructure for data extraction. They then developed a conceptual model of the Data Warehouse, transformed the data, and organized the DL/DW. Additionally, they documented the entire process and created panels for visualization on Metabase. The client was in contact with seven Indicium professionals, including a Project Manager, Data Engineer, and Analytics Engineers. The project was successful and met the client's expectations.

In another project, Indicium worked with Vaas, a Compliance, Anti-Fraud, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) company. The goal was to create a Datalake, design an efficient SQL-based data analysis system, build a robust data infrastructure for blockchain data ingestion and processing, and create custom crawlers to extract and process data from multiple sources. Indicium's team of 6-10 employees successfully completed the project, providing Vaas with a reliable and efficient data infrastructure and powerful tools for SQL analysis.

The Stellar Development Foundation, a non-profit organization, hired Indicium for data migration and fraud analysis services. Indicium's team of 2-5 employees was tasked with migrating legacy ETL code to dbt, estimating and analyzing fraud, and auditing the GCP Solutions Architecture for cost reduction. They successfully completed the data warehouse migration, modernizing the current data architecture and implementing data verification, validation, and quality monitoring processes. They also recommended migrating KPI computations to dbt, owned the entire migration process, set best practices within the tool, and trained internal employees on tool use. The project was successful and met the client's expectations.
