Incubyte Consulting LLP

Incubyte Consulting LLP partnered with Koru UX Design to develop a financial service-based solution for a client. The objective was to create a smart tool that streamlined different processes across online and offline systems, while also simplifying the agents’ tasks with high usability standards. Incubyte's prior successful collaboration with Koru UX Design on a POC for another client paved the way for this partnership. The project required building a solution from scratch, with some parts overlapping with the existing system. Incubyte gathered requirements, provided initial inputs and feedback, which gave Koru a clear understanding of the project. The design solutions went through multiple rounds of iterative design and testing until a feasible solution that met the user's needs was created. Throughout the project, Koru interacted with the Product Manager from Incubyte, who efficiently planned and managed the work, ensuring that the project goals were always in sight. The collaboration resulted in meeting the design requirements in a relatively short time, thanks to Incubyte's domain expertise, insightful inputs, and accurate feedback.
