INCOAlliance

INCOAlliance was hired by a software services company specializing in backend development in the healthcare sector, to provide frontend services for a hybrid app they were creating for a healthcare startup. The app was based on PhoneGap (formerly Apache Cordova). INCOAlliance was recommended by a friend who had worked with them on another project. The team, which consisted of two hybrid developers and a project manager, suggested using Apache Cordova instead of writing native code for the frontend. This resulted in a cost-effective MVP that could quickly be used in marketing activities.

INCOAlliance was hired by a HealthTech agency to help develop an innovative health app. The agency wanted to create a one-of-a-kind project with the most advanced features on the market. INCOAlliance, recommended by colleagues, worked with the agency's in-house team to build an MVP of the app on Apache Cordova. The team consisted of two frontend developers, one backend developer, one designer, and one project manager, along with the CTO. The product is now being expanded with new features.

INCOAlliance was hired by MJ Flood Technology, an IT-focused organization offering traditional IT services and specialized business units, to develop and maintain several different applications. The decision to outsource was made due to sporadic development requirements and the difficulty of maintaining an in-house software development team. INCOAlliance was recommended by another company and was selected after due diligence and assessment of their quality of service. The team at INCOAlliance, which includes multiple project managers, developed applications using a variety of skills and technologies, including .NET. The projects ranged in length from about 3–6 months each and the partnership has been ongoing since July 2017.
