Inclinedplane

Inclinedplane was hired by Empirical Logic, a strategy consulting firm focused on execution excellence across finance, operation, transformation, and leadership. Inclinedplane was choosen due to their great company culture and values, and was entrusted with the task of designing management dashboards. They provided a team of 2-5 employees for the project.

Their project scope included automating the end-to-end ingestion, cleaning, and joining of Shopify and Odoo data into a single AWS-based pipeline. Moreover, they built a unified MIS/BI report focusing on Shopify Sales analytics and Odoo fulfilment operations for Rotimatic machines and accessories. Their work also encompassed designing a scalable AWS data architecture, effectively replacing ad hoc manual reporting with daily automated triggers.

The results bypassed expectations. Owing to Inclinedplane's comprehensive work on the project, the previously manual processes were successfully automated, which enhanced data handling and reporting, resulting in far more efficient workflows. By validating the automated metrics against the team's existing manual reports, Inclinedplane effectively replaced manual workflows, thus bringing a highly efficient system for the Empirical Logic. The common consensus was that the project was a resounding success. Inclinedplane indeed was an excellent fit culturally and their work was in alignment with the company's values.
