Inclind

Inclind developed a mobile app for an electric power cooperative that serves about 18 counties and roughly 36,000 people. The app, called "Beat the Peak", was designed to help customers understand their energy usage patterns and encourage them to reduce power consumption during peak hours. The app sends alerts to users about upcoming peak hours and suggests ways to reduce energy consumption. The cooperative invested around $25,000 in the project, which started in October 2020 and is nearly completed.

Inclind was hired by CranioNutrition, LLC, a company specializing in hypothalamic obesity, to redesign their website. The goal of the project was to increase website traffic and enable the sale of digital products. After several virtual meetings and phone calls with the web designer, the project was completed within a few weeks. The team composition included a sales representative, web designer, and web developers.

Inclind was engaged by a nonprofit utilities provider in southern Delaware to develop a web and mobile app. The provider's old website was cluttered and lacked certain user functionalities. Inclind was tasked with creating a website where users could pay bills, check power outages, and submit requests. They also built a custom notification for the provider's "Beat the Peak" program into the website. The project, which cost approximately $40,000, was completed in mid-2014. The provider was pleased with Inclind's full range of services, which included strategic guidance, design, custom development, database hosting and configuration, training, maintenance, and support.
