Incite Response Inc. was hired by Rabecca Onassis Boutique, a premium women's boutique based in Seattle, to provide web development and cybersecurity support. The boutique had experienced a security breach that compromised their email system and rendered their website and devices non-functional. Incite Response Inc. was able to quickly restore the boutique to full operational status, exceeding the boutique's expectations with their speed and efficiency.

Steel Vision Tools, a Seattle-based import company specializing in hand tools and equipment, engaged Incite Response Inc. to develop a new website and manage their social media marketing. The company wanted to pivot to a stronger online presence in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Incite Response Inc. created a fully e-commerce-capable website with a WooCommerce backend, integrated with the company's in-house Oracle system. They also optimized the site for speed and Google's algorithm, and managed daily social media interactions. The project has been ongoing since September 2020, with the company investing at least $30,000.

Incite Response Inc. was contracted by The Modernist Hotel, a boutique, art-centered hotel, to design and develop a website and create a tool for developing their mailing list. The company chose Incite Response Inc. based on their high ratings and budget-friendly pricing. The scope of work included WordPress setup, stock photography licensing, search optimization framework, Google Tag Manager and Analytics setup, staging site before launch, and copy editing. The team also provided a half-hour training session for admins after the website launch.
