Inchoo

Inchoo was hired by Medical Direct, a Croatian online medical products retailer, to upgrade their web shop from Magento to Magento 2. The goal was to enhance the speed, appearance and functionality of the site. Inchoo, known as the best Magento developer in Croatia, completed the project in six months, using Figma for the design phase and Collab throughout the project. The project involved various teams including design, backend, frontend, SEO, and hosting & security, all managed by a dedicated project manager.

An online auto parts retailer, specializing in a range of brands, hired Inchoo to redesign and migrate their outdated Magento 1 e-commerce store to Magento 2. The collaboration with Inchoo, which started at the end of 2019, aimed to improve the store's functions, usability, and increase conversions and traffic. The project involved a kick-off phone conversation to discuss goals and objectives, followed by a detailed proposal from Inchoo outlining their approach for the migration and complete re-design. The vendor's team, including backend developers, frontend/graphic designers, SEO specialists, PPC specialists, and server/networking specialists, worked closely with the client.

Inchoo was contracted by a custom sticker manufacturer to update their website from Magento 1 to Magento 2. The company, which did not have an in-house development team, needed a website that was tailored to their needs. Inchoo, well-known in the Magento community, worked closely with the client's team to create a user-friendly Magento website. The project involved various discussions on how to make the order process as simple as possible for customers. The Inchoo team, consisting of an account manager and various developers and designers, worked collaboratively with the client to deliver a successful project.
