InboundAV was engaged by Buzztag, a promotional marketing and branding company, to bring them into the 21st century from a technology perspective. The challenge was to set up a CRM through HubSpot and implement a sales and marketing hub. InboundAV automated processes by setting up HubSpot CRM, sales, and marketing hubs, cleaned customer data and migrated it to HubSpot, and trained employees to use the implemented tools. They also redeveloped, redesigned, and launched the Buzztag's website, which is hosted on HubSpot. The partnership, which began in January 2022, is ongoing and has seen an investment of roughly $50,000–$75,000.

In another project, InboundAV was hired by a PR and Communication Services Company for a HubSpot implementation for a new marketing effort. The project required a ground-up implementation of HubSpot, customized company types, contact types, automated workflows, customized reports, and integrations with the client's website.
