Implex provided four senior engineers and a project manager to build the product within the given timeframe. The company continued to work with Implex on further product development and staff augmentation, providing additional engineers for Flutter, Node.js, and C# development. The engagement started in August 2022 and was still ongoing when the client left the company in June 2024. The average monthly cost was around $70,000.

Implex was hired by ENESTECH SOFTWARE to audit their SaaS platform for an e-sports management platform. The goal was to improve the scalability of the platform. The company was referred to Implex and chose them due to their proximity, culture fit, and referral. Implex assigned one employee to the project. The scope of work included auditing the existing infrastructure, designing new architecture, creating a deployment and migration plan, and adding observability and management tools.

The company needed to conduct a web assessment, fix current bugs, and transfer all functionality changes and adjustments to the client. The scope of work included resolving issues identified during the audit of the EU-UA web portal, such as the inability to update the glossary via Google Sheets, non-functioning contextual search, problems updating WP plugins, and issues with English-Ukrainian translations.
