Impero IT Services was hired by Nauatili LLC, a company that connects Hispanic consumers with law firms in the USA, to conduct a comprehensive study and breakdown of their mobile app's source code. The main goal was to rectify the video and chat features that were not fully operational. Impero IT began by analyzing the entire backend to identify issues with the chat and video APIs. The company was chosen for its ability to provide the best solution for the complex app goals. The project manager kept the client informed at every step, and regular meetings were held with the front and backend engineers.

An art company co-founded by a web developer hired Impero IT Services for mobile app development. The app, designed in Flutter, served as a social media platform for artists to critique each other's work, connect, and discuss topics. The main feature was a real-time chat room, which posed a challenge as there were no delays or notifications. Impero IT was very open to partnering with the client on the UX, unlike most vendors. The project manager and the owner of Impero IT worked closely with the client, and a senior engineer provided coding and programming support. The development is currently in the second phase, with feedback being received.

The project was a complex undertaking that involved multiple stages and was successfully executed by the Impero team.
