Imagis

Imagis provided IT and cybersecurity consulting for Common Justice, a nonprofit organization. The project involved developing and implementing organizational cybersecurity policies. The policies established clear guidelines, procedures, and standards for the use of information technology resources within the organization. The policies enabled Common Justice to safeguard their information assets, comply with relevant regulations, protect sensitive data, and establish a framework for efficient and secure IT operations. The project was successful as it improved the organization's ability to safeguard sensitive information and minimize risks associated with data breaches, unauthorized access, and potential disruptions.

In another project, Imagis provided managed IT services for a health technology company. The company had previously been using a different service provider that was not providing good or responsive service. Imagis took over the management of security and patching on each of the company's users’ laptops or computing endpoints. They also handled mobile application management for cell phones, Microsoft Office 365 administration and security, and one of the company's office’s networks and IT. The project was successful and the engagement is ongoing.

Imagis also provided managed IT and cybersecurity support for a nonprofit organization. The organization needed a managed IT service provider to keep their IT systems functioning and help them become SOC 2 compliant by 2026. Imagis took over the management of the organization's users, assets, and software to protect their data. They also provided cybersecurity support, acting as the frontline of the organization's cyber response and posture. The project was successful and the engagement is ongoing.
